Mr. Kartikeya Sharma is an Indian entrepreneur and philanthropist. A Member of Parliament of India’s upper house (Rajya Sabha). He currently sits on the Parliamentary Committees on Communication & IT, Subordinate Legislation, Rules & Privileges. He’s a member of the Indian Council of World Affairs.
An Oxford graduate with an MBA from King’s College in London, he also owns and runs three sporting leagues in Wrestling, Boxing and Polo. He’s the founder & promoter of the iTV Network, one of India’s largest media groups with 1,200 journalists across 17 major bureaus, operating nine news channels, including NewsX & NewsX World and five newspapers, including The Sunday Guardian. Through the Sunday Guardian Foundation, he does philanthropic work in health across the Indian states of Haryana, U.P, Delhi and Maharashtra.
Dr. Aishwarya Pandit Sharma is a historian, author, and media leader who seamlessly blends academia with social impact. A PhD from the University of Cambridge, she currently teaches legal history at Jindal Global Law School . With a background in international relations from LSE and extensive research on post-Partition politics, her work bridges intellectual rigor with public discourse.
As Chairperson of the Sunday Guardian Foundation, Dr. Sharma leads initiatives like We Women Want, Shakti Awards, and Festival of Ideas, creating platforms that empower women, celebrate resilience, and amplify voices from smaller towns. She also spearheads NXT Conclave, a global forum bringing together leaders in policy, technology, and culture to drive meaningful change. Recognized as a media scholar and changemaker, she is committed to building trustworthy journalism, fostering inclusivity, and promoting India’s cultural and intellectual heritage.
