1- Where I can purchase passes to the NXT Conclave 2025?

Passes to the NXT Conclave are only available on our website. Head to ‘Book Your Pass’ to make the purchase.

2- Can I cancel / refund / return or exchange my pass to the NXT Conclave 2025?

No. Passes once bought can not be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

3- Does my pass allow multiple entry to the NXT Conclave 2025?

Yes, you may enter and exit the venue as per your convenience. Please note that certain sessions will be high-security, and they will be marked as such in the schedule.
We will request you to go over the timing of the sessions and ensure you are present at least one hour prior to avoid security clearance issues.

4- Does my pass allow entry to both days of the NXT Conclave 2025?

Yes. Once purchased, you are welcome to attend both days at the NXT Conclave. Ensure you do not lose the entry badge provided to you on Day 1 of the conclave for a smoother entry to Day 2.

5- Do I need to carry an ID card along with my pass?

Yes, you must carry a valid government ID card with you for entry. Valid IDs for Indian Nationals include the Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License. Valid IDs for Foreign Nationals include the Passport.

6- How do I reach the venue?

The Bharat Mandapam is a convention centre located in New Delhi, India. Accurate directions for road travel to the venue are available on Google Maps. The closest metro station to the venue is Supreme Court (Pragati Maidan) metro station on the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro.
