Terms and Conditions of Attendance

The Terms and Conditions set out herein (“Terms”) govern your attendance at and/or participation in the NXTNext Conclave (“Event”) being held from 12th ,13th and 14th March, 2026 at New Delhi (“Venue”).

For these Terms:
(a) “Platform” refers to the NXTNext Conclave website, including its corresponding mobile application and other access methods as notified by us; and

1. Event Admission
1.1 Entry Pass

You must purchase an entry pass/ticket to gain access to the Event. Entry passes/tickets shall be available on our Platform. The entry pass provides access to 3 days of the Event, including lunch and a networking dinner.

1.2 Admittance

Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event. You must carry valid identification and your entry pass for admission. Any additional costs related to attendance, including travel and accommodation, are your sole responsibility, and we do not accept any liability for such expenses. If you register on behalf of another individual, you must ensure they are aware of and accept these terms. By completing the registration, you warrant that the attendee has accepted these terms.

1.3 Attendance

You are required to conduct yourself in an orderly manner and must avoid causing offence, annoyance, or inconvenience to other attendees or speakers. Canvassing, promoting, advertising, or soliciting business in an inappropriate manner is prohibited. NXTNext reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove you from the Event if your behaviour disrupts proceedings, poses a security risk, or violates this Agreement.

1.4 Media

By attending the Event, you grant NXTNext Group the irrevocable right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media and to use, distribute, broadcast, or disseminate such media globally and in perpetuity without further approval or payment. This includes editing the media, combining it with other materials, and allowing others to use or disseminate it. However, you are prohibited from taking selfies or pictures with Event guests and NXTNext Group’s employees without their consent.

1.5 Eligibility

The Event is open only to Indian citizens aged 18 years and above who are located in India.

1.6 Seat Allocation

There will be seats reserved for all the paid delegates either at the round table or at the designated seating area which shall be arranged at our discretion.

1.7 Refunds

All ticket bookings made on the Platform shall be made on a non-cancellable and non-refundable basis. NXTNext Group shall not be liable in case of payments being deducted without confirmation of actual booking due to any technical glitch.

1.8 Cancellations

In case of cancellation of the Event by NXTNext Group due to a Force Majeure Event (in accordance with Clause 6.2 below), any amounts deducted during the booking shall be refunded.

2. Event Rules and Regulations
2.1 Attendees must:

comply with the rules, policies, and procedures of the Venue, including health and safety regulations and any instructions issued by NXTNext Group or Venue management.

conduct themselves professionally and respectfully, without breaching applicable laws or regulations or bringing the Event or NXTNext Group into disrepute.

arrange adequate personal accident and travel insurance as required.

ensure possession of necessary travel documentation, including health clearances, and adhere to applicable laws.

2.2 Travel and Attendance

Your travel to and attendance at the Event are at your own risk, and NXTNext Group is not responsible for any related issues.

2.3 Venue Policies

You must comply with all Venue rules and regulations. Any property brought to the Venue is at your own risk. NXTNext Group is not responsible for any loss or damage to such property or vehicles parked at the Venue.

2.4 Prohibited Items

Weapons, explosives, munitions, fireworks and flares, ammunition including blank cartridges, handguns, fireworks, pistol caps, hazardous substances, alcohol, tobacco, and narcotics in any form are strictly prohibited at the Venue.

3. Privacy
3.1 Communications

By registering for the Event, you consent to receiving communications from NXTNext Group, including SMS, WhatsApp, email, and calls, regardless of your registration on the National Do Not Call registry. You agree to be added to NXTNext Group’s mailing/SMS/WhatsApp list for promotional and other materials.

3.2 Information Use

Providing personal information to NXTNext Group is voluntary. By registering for the Event, you authorize NXTNext Group to use your information for Event-related purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Event, including content and materials, are owned by NXTNext Group, its sponsors, or speakers. You may not use or reproduce any trademarks, trade names, or content without prior written permission from NXTNext Group.

5. Liability / Responsibility
5.1 Attendee Liability

You are liable for any loss, damage, or destruction caused by your actions at the Venue.

5.2 Disclaimer

Nxtnext provides Event-related information “as is” and disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, timeliness, and fitness for a particular purpose.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will NXTNext Group or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Event.

5.4 Release of Liability

By attending the Event, you release NXTNext Group, its affiliates, officers, and agents from any liability for personal injuries, property damage, or losses arising from your participation, even if caused by negligence.

5.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify NXTNext Group against all costs, losses, and claims arising from false representations or breaches of these Terms.

6. Other Terms and Conditions
6.1 Force Majeure

NXTNext Group will not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, labour disputes, or government actions, etc.

6.2 Decision Finality

Decisions made by NXTNext Group regarding the Event are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

6.3 Event Changes

NXTNext Group reserves the right to alter any aspect of the Event, including its name, themes, content, program, speakers, venue, and timing.

6.4 Conflict Resolution

In case of conflicts between these Terms and other Event-related policies, these Terms will prevail.

6.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only.
