No. Fellows must bring their own laptop or device to access the NXT portal, read the reading bundles, conduct research, and prepare their final article and presentation.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi access will be provided at the official hotel accommodation and during all formal study sessions.

Yes, it is mandatory. Fellows must stay in the group hotel for security, punctuality, and logistical coordination for the entire 8-day program.

No. The NXT Fellowship is highly intensive and structured. The program cannot accommodate or be responsible for the expenses of any accompanying non-fellows (friends or family) in terms of logistics, housing, meals, or travel.

While the meetings are confirmed on the schedule, they are subject to the unforeseen public duties and official engagements of the Union Ministers. The Secretariat will schedule alternate high-level officials if a Minister's availability changes.

Personal expenses include shopping, souvenirs, hotel room service, personal laundry, international phone calls, and any activities or meals outside the official group schedule.
