WHY THE INTERNSHIP

A front-row seat to the future.

Every March, NXT brings former prime ministers, ministers, scientists, astronauts and business leaders to New Delhi. The NXT Internship opens the doors of that conclave to young Indians. For three days, selected college students attend the sessions, work alongside the NXT team and meet the people shaping India and the world.

Who can apply?

Indian citizens enrolled in a degree at a college or university in India, in any subject and year. Final-year students and 2026 graduates are welcome. You must be available on 18–21 March 2027 and able to travel to New Delhi at your own cost.

Is there a fee?

No. The NXT Internship has no application fee.

What does a Liaison Officer do?

Liaison Officers are matched to a speaker. You greet them on arrival, accompany them through the day and act as their point of contact throughout NXT 2027.

How are Liaison Officers chosen?

From the intern cohort, a smaller group is selected for liaison duties based on your application, briefing performance and fit with speaker needs.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes. Every intern receives a certificate of participation from NXT. Liaison Officers may also receive a letter of recommendation.

Can I attend for only one day?

No. The programme runs across all three conference days (19–21 March 2027), with a briefing beforehand. You must be available for the full schedule.
